foie gras parfait..

..with toasted brioche.

also had a fabulous gnocchi of the day dish (i can still taste 'em in my tongue!) and globe artichokes & asparagus barigoule, salt cod aioli & soft boiled egg, but we're too excited eating and forgot to snap :P

oh, and the appetizer. i just love the pan, really.

a must-visit for melbourne foodie :9
